PDTF Communications officer and research consultant partnered with On the Edge Conservation.
Seb is the Communications officer for the Task Force. He completed his Master’s at Imperial College London in 2020, where he partnered with the EDGE of Existence programme to produce a phylogenetically-informed species priority list for the conservation of crayfish. As an extension of this research, he also explored how different climate change projections are set to affect the evolutionary history of the group. Seb holds a BA in Biological Sciences from the University of Oxford and has a particular interest in the spatial dynamics of evolution. Currently, he is partnered with On the Edge Conservation where he is mapping out phylogenetic diversity with the aim of identifying key regions harbouring large accumulations of evolutionary history and highly distinct species that are in need of protection.
